About the event

This class will build on Intro to Knitting, and guide the student through their first pattern, the Quaker Yarn Stretcher. Skills taught will include: knitting increases and decreases, purling, using circular needles and pattern reading and interpretation.

This is a forgiving pattern that looks good in any gauge or yarn size. Before class, students will need to source their own yarn (allow at least 245 yards) and appropriate needles. We can help you at the shop, or bring your own.

Contact Nadine for help if you're not sure!

Class size limited to 8.
